As the Founder of N-Tegrity Consulting, I have decades of combined leadership experience in finance, risk, operations, technology, and human resources. A highly-regarded consultant, compelling speaker, and visual coach, I hold space for my clients that sparks awareness and inspired action that shifts 'what is' to 'what could be'.

I didn't come to this work from the outside.
Before launching, N-Tegrity, I built my career inside organizations-where leadership decisions carry weight, misalignment has consequences, and performance is never theoretical or purely transactional.
I've seen where leadership and accountability break down.
Where mission, culture, and strategy slowly drift apart.
Where capable teams stall or become disengaged.
I was there, as both leader and employee.

Jen is the founder of Rowan Strategies, and over her 25+ year career, her experiences have enabled the discovery of curious moments, which led to meaningful discussions, impact, and change. She is deeply committed to shifting the way we approach development—by ensuring people and teams feel more resilient, and sustained in their work.
As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Jen is passionate about creating structure and space for people to bring their best selves and strengths to all of the work that they are doing. Her facilitation, coaching, strategic consulting, leadership development, and training expertise is transformative and empowering.
